Electronic News Bulletin

This bulletin was started in July, 1998 in compliance with the recommendation of Bureau of Nuclear Physics Department of Russian Academy of Sciences. Its aim is to support informing wide circle of High Energy and Nuclear Physics people (mainly in Russia and FSU) with important events both abroad and in Russia, as well as informing people abroad on such events in Russia.
